Application and Contract for exhibit space at the Spectrum International Beauty Expo (SIBE) 2008 to be held at the LAX

Marriott Hotel, 5855 West Century Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045 on February 24-25, 2008.

1. Exhibit Space Request

Note: Each booth package is 8’ x 10’, with standard 8’ back wall, 3’ sidewall, identification sign, two chairs, one draped table,

This is a 100% beauty related show. No illegal knock-off products will be allowed in the Expo.

A 50% minimum deposit is required to reserve exhibit booth or classroom space. All deposits are accepted on a first come basis. The

initial 50% deposit is due by June 30, 2007. Any payments received after this date must be paid by certified check or money order. The

final 50% is due by December 07, 2007. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total classroom or exhibit booth space rental will be imposed

for any cancellation made before December 31, 2007. NO REFUNDS will be made for any cancellations after this date.

4. Stipulations- We agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Exhibit Application and Contract, including the Show

Rules and Regulations.. We will not use the name Spectrum International Beauty Expo, or any show logos, without prior written permission

from Spectrum International Beauty Expo.
