The Spectrum Internantional Beauty Expo is the largest multicultural Beauty Industry Trade
Show on the West Coast. It is the model trade show for cosmetologists, barbers, hair stylists,
beauty consultants and aestheticists to come together for continuing education, network and
professional development. The Expo provides a learning environment and training opportunity
for industry professionals by exposing them to experts in the industry. It also provides an
opportunity to industry professionals to exchange and share experiences, ideas and products
through networking sessions.
The Spectrum International Beauty Expo is part of the Los Angeles based Doris F. Mosley
Systems, which also includes Another Beauty Salon, Doris F. Mosley Products, ABS
Academy, and the Beauty Industry Choice Awards. Doris F. Mosley Systems, has been
providing products and services to the beauty industry for more than thirty years. Under the
leadership of internationally known hair stylist Doris F. Mosley, the Doris F. Mosley Systems
has a “Who’s Who” client base that includes actress Wendy Racquel Robinson, Terri J.
Vaughn, JoMarie Payton, Sanaa Lathan, Jill Marie Jones, Nicole Parker-Kodjoe, Golden Brooks
and Lisa Ray McCoy.

Doris F. Mosley, founder and chief executive officer of Doris F. Mosley Systems, Inc.,
is the Expo’s director and executive producer.
Lillie Frierson, in addition to serving as senior stylist at Another Beauty Hair Salon,
has served as a hair stylist for numerous television shows includingThe Steve Harvey
Show, Girlfriends, The Game, and more.
John Mosley, Jr., a senior barber, is the set’s barber for MTV’s Celebrity Fit Club.
John Mosley, Sr. is the chief photographer for the Doris F. Mosley Systems.
Mary Lewis is The Expo’s operations manager.
